There is a landing pad for helicopter and a pontoon for the villa tender, available to the guests (piloted by the house ma nager). 

The house opens onto a large living  and dining room with beautiful seaview and direct access to the pool area. There are eight ensuite bedrooms all with Satellite TV. The large Master bedroom also has a steam bath. There is a large recently upgraded professional kitchen with a cold room and wine cellar. There is a home cinema in the library and the entire villa has WIFI/ Internet.

The pool is 16x8m, heated and has a salt water system, jet streams and massage jets for your enjoyment. There is a pool side shower, loungers there to relax and sunbath and also a jacuzzi.

The house has a petanque pitch, Large BBQ, new gym and outside bar for drinks.

This villa has an on site house manager who is housed sepately but always on hand if required.
