This villa has an open plan kitchen fully equipped kitchen, living and dining area. There is also a guest toilet.

There is one double ensuite bedroom on one side of the living area; this bedroom has direct access to the pool. There are two double bedrooms (on the other side of the living space) which share a shower room with double basins. The front bedroom has access out onto the Pool area.  

Upstairs, the Master suite has the entire top level, there is an ensuite bathroom with bath and shower.  There is a panoramic view from your private balcony over the bay to Saint Tropez.

The pool area has loungers, plenty of comfortable seating, outside dining and large BBQ.  

As the villa is located in Sinopolis, guests  have a remote control for the gate, thus avoiding seafront traffic.
