In a picturesque and extremely quiet environment, the villa is built on 2 hectares of land and has an exceptional view of the Atlas Mountains. Located 30mn from Marrakech town centre, this beautiful property allows for time to relax and reconnect with nature, while being close to many outdoor activities like visiting the Agafay desert, seeing the waterfalls in Ouzoud and Ourika. Guests will be able to also discover Marrakech and its wonderful treasures like Place Jemaa El Fna, the Medina and the soukh as well as the many restaurants ready to offer the most delicious moroccan food.

The Villa is organized on 2 levels. On the  ground floor, there is a living room, that opens onto the terrace and has a panoramic view of the mountains, a dining room, as well as the kitchen where the staff will prepare delicious food for all the guests and 2 double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. 

The lower level houses 4 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms; 3 of them have a private terrace and direct access to the swimming pool. There is a second living room, with terrace and private bathroom, allowing for 2 additional guests on sofa bed.

The villa has a large swimming pool of 5 m x 15 m heated on request (extra cost of 50€ / day).

You will also find a hammam and a massage room where personalized treatments can be organized.
